What a mess! We're still learning, next time I think we'll do it on a wipeable surface, like in the kitchen, but we wanted baby bean to eat with us as being Sunday that meant eating in the lounge in front of Antiques Roadshow!
Messy stuff but she seemed to like it! Typical to text book, she held it by the bushy bit and chewed the stalk!

For our decadent tv time dinners with our BLW baby, we just toss a black trashbag under her. Works great, although at nine months her toss range is getting a bit wider so we'll probably forgo any more drippy foods on the carpet even with a bag.

ahhhh, bin bag! Good idea! I have just found a wipeable table cloth in our basement which i'm going to give a try too. I cant wait for the pre-loaded spoon bit to come, i'm looking forward to wiping yogurt from the ceiling!
